๐Ÿ’ก and create outcomes that you don't want (end up in conflict at work, have unhappy kids at home etc.)

๐Ÿ’ก Worse still, you make these outcomes MEAN something ABOUT YOU... which creates more thoughts and away you go...

๐Ÿ›‘ If only you STOPPED when you had that bad thought and instead of judging yourself and feeling bad, you just let them go through you right?

๐Ÿ’ฅ๐Ÿ’ฅ Listen, every belief which creates bad feelings has a LIE (BeLIEf) buried in them.

๐Ÿ’ก Dig deep, discover the truth first before letting yourself be carried away with every bad thought that come into your head.

Easier said than done, I know.

This is why you can't do it on your own, not until you master the Serenity Principles I teach and practice them, embody them every day!

Until... you make the unconscious, conscious.

Because once you know the truth, there is no reason to hold on to the LIEs (beLIEFs).
