Well, I don't suffer from much anxiety these days, but there was a time I used to wake up feeling anxious or found it hard to fall asleep.

 

This always coincided with when my head was full of 'stuff', I have been working in the evening or just engaging in some 'social media' at night!

 

So now I know better not to do any of that to make sure I go to sleep easily and have a way to get back to sleep if I do wake up.
